About the event

The morning starts at The Yoga Space, East Meon with Stacey for a welcoming and energising yoga session to help everyone settle in, warm up and feel ready for the walk.

After yoga, Helena will lead an approx. 10km walk across the South Downs, taking in the rolling hills and the views around Old Winchester Hill.

The pace will be steady and active, with a few mindful moments along the way, but mostly it’s about being outside, moving your body, meeting new people, and enjoying the landscape together.

Halfway round, the group stops for hot drinks and a homemade bake, provided by us — a simple, welcome pause before the final stretch.

The morning finishes back at The Yoga Space with a restorative yoga session to ease tired legs and support deep relaxation, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and settled in your body.

Stretch & Stride is a chance to step out of the usual routine, spend time with good people, and come away feeling lighter, clearer and more energised. Together, Helena and Stacey bring a shared love of being outside to offer a half day that feels active and uplifting.
