My name is Helena, I am a mountain leader based in the South Downs. I have a passion for getting outside and embracing the elements. I love working and connecting with people in nature, while also enjoying solo adventures around the world. My values right now are to move the body and learn more about how we can nourish ourselves to promote long term health. Striping back the constant rush of life and focusing on the basics.
I hope to share my knowledge alongside learning more from others.
