Forage and Flow is a gentle invitation to step out of the everyday and into the rhythm of the season. Across the day, you’ll move, breathe, wander, taste and reconnect — with nature, with others, and with yourself. Set within the rolling landscape of the South Downs, this experience weaves together morning yoga, a guided foraging walk, and a shared seasonal lunch inspired by the ingredients growing right outside the door.
What to Expect
We begin at 9:30am with an hour of yoga led by Stacey at The Yoga Space — a steady, spacious practice to wake the body, settle the mind and open into the day.
From there, Helena guides us out into the surrounding landscape for a two‑hour foraging walk. You’ll learn how to recognise what’s in season, and gather a few wild ingredients along the way.
Returning to The Yoga Space, Stacey leads a nature‑inspired meditation — a quiet pause before we sit down together for lunch.
Expect a relaxed, seasonal and nourishing spread including fresh salads and a few of the wild flavours you discovered on the walk woven into the menu.
We close at 2pm, leaving you nourished, grounded, and a little more attuned to the world just beyond your doorstep.
